Subject: BCC: Reply to All works when looking at the mail in the list but not opening the mail

If I put a list of addresses in the To: and some in the BCC: the people cannot use "reply to all" if they open the email. Ok, good, I like that.

However if they don't open the email but just select it in their inbox they can use the reply to all button on their inbox.

How do I stop that?
